Nabisco Merchandiser​/Order Writer

• Fulfill customers' merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, shelf stocking, and display maintenance or changes
• Represent Mondelēz and its Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other brands in stores
• Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
• Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
• Order shelf and display products using an iPad tablet to maintain in-stock conditions
• Implement Mondelēz’ merchandising guidelines
• Ensure sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed
• Communicate store issues to Mondelēz’ management team
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
• Physically move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday
• Availability for start times between 06:00 AM and 08:00 AM
• Live within 25–35 miles of Hayward, WI
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus

Demonstrates strong merchandising capabilities through effective communication and relationship building, ensuring optimal product visibility and adherence to merchandising guidelines. Capable of managing in-store displays and maintaining stock levels while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
