Sales Associate

Kelley Williamson Company is seeking a dependable Sales Associate to support our fuel and convenience store operations. In this frontline role, you'll greet customers, process transactions, promote in-store products, and maintain a clean, safe environment. You'll monitor fuel areas, follow safety and compliance procedures, and assist with stocking, inventory, and merchandising. Working in a close-knit, family-oriented culture, you'll deliver professional, reliable service while gaining exposure to transportation, warehousing, and retail operations, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles over time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service at all times.
• Process fuel and in-store transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Handle cash, cards, and reconciliations in line with company procedures.
• Monitor fuel pumps and forecourt areas for safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and supplies; rotate products and track low inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment, including restrooms and common areas.
• Follow all safety, security, and regulatory policies related to fuel and retail operations.
• Promote in-store products, specials, and loyalty programs to increase sales.
• Assist with basic reporting, shift handoffs, and communication with supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and strong customer satisfaction.
