Assistant Station Manager

Kelley Williamson Company seeks an Assistant Station Manager to support daily operations at a high-volume fueling and convenience location. This role helps lead a close-knit team, ensuring safe fuel handling, clean and organized facilities, accurate cash management, and outstanding customer service. The Assistant Station Manager assists with scheduling, inventory, and training, while reinforcing a safety-first, family-oriented culture. Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations of the fuel station and convenience store
• Support and direct staff during shifts, reinforcing safety and service standards
• Monitor fuel, merchandise, and supply inventory; assist with ordering and stock rotation
• Ensure proper cash handling, POS accuracy, and bank deposit preparation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant site aligned with company and regulatory standards
• Assist with employee scheduling, training, and performance guidance
• Respond to customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Support implementation of promotions, merchandising plans, and company initiatives
• Monitor fuel handling procedures and environmental/safety checks
• Act as manager-on-duty in the Station Manager's absence
