Janitorial Associate

Job Overview

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Hourly rate: $15 - $28 per hour (equal or exceed required minimum wage).
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
