• Selling, distributing, and marketing store items and products that will optimize the cooperative’s efficiency
• Assisting in achieving the cooperative’s mission and goals
• Performing tasks with outstanding customer service
• Maintaining a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the facility

• Assisting the manager in setting and helping achieve monthly sales goals
• Following all Allied Cooperative, federal, and state policies and procedures
• Handling complaints in a timely and appropriate manner
• Assisting in checking in product deliveries and maintaining stock of products
• Operating a cash till and being able to balance cash drawers
• Ensuring that the facility and equipment remains in good repair and appearance
• Maintaining a clean and orderly store

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent cash handling skills
• Be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Be able to stand for a long period of time, bend, kneel, and have good finger and wrist dexterity
