What Will You Do?

Under the direction of the Director of Strategic National Accounts, this position is responsible for post-sales support of key accounts to project completion. The primary focus for this role is nurturing and expanding relationships with existing strategic accounts This position will act as the client's internal advocate, coordinating across departments (engineering, service, marketing, supply chain etc.).

Essential Responsibilities:

* Direct and coordinate sales strategies, procedures, and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profits for Zero Zone

* Client Relationship Management

* Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor

* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across departments

* Lead tactical Monthly meetings and yearly account planning reviews

* Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to continuous improvement of product and installation knowledge with Customer and Customer assigned contractors

* Resolve customer complaints, monitor resolutions, and maintain client relationships while working internally to determine root cause and corrective actions

* Strategic Planning & Forecasting

* Collaborate with internal teams to prepare for strategic planning sessions and dry runs

* Provide insights into market trends and customer behavior to inform product development and pricing strategies

* Identify growth opportunities within accounts and develop strategies to expand product penetration

* Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and product teams to decide what solution meets their needs

* Work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and product teams to execute on program

* Coordinate internal resources to support customer initiatives (date changes on delivery)

* Support internal accounting and sales team in daily program management activities

* Operational Execution

* Manage access to client systems and ensure readiness for bid processes

* Lead and oversee the bid process for Customers as required

* Lead or participate in innovation days, trade shows, and field visits

* Other duties as assigned

Requirements for Effective Performance:

* Bachelor's degree plus 1 - 5 years' experience

* Inside Sales, Project Management, or Outside Sales background as part of prior responsibilities preferred

* Requires overnight travel approximately 10-15% of the time

* Current valid driver's license with a safe driving record

* Strong Customer Service Attitude required

* Computer proficiency - Microsoft Office Suite

Skills/Abilities/Specifications:

* Leadership skills to positively influence and educate others

* Self-starter with the willingness to learn and grow with an ability to establish plans independently with limited direction or supervision

* Exceptional organizational skills with focus on attention to detail

* Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey vision

* Proven ability to analyze current business issues, end-user needs.

* Must possess technical aptitude to understand product capabilities and consumer needs.
