Outside Sales Rep (Full Time)

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for serving the needs of both new and existing customers, driving sales growth, and closing deals to onboard new clients. Your role is critical in expanding our customer base and fostering long-term partnerships.

• Conduct routine sales travel to visit new and existing customers and attend relevant trade shows to build relationships and promote our products.
• Identify and properly qualify new business opportunities using available resources and market intelligence.
• Provide exceptional customer support by promptly responding to inquiries and requests.
• Partner with current customers to understand their needs and generate additional sales opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with co-workers and managers to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
• Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
• Regularly pull and analyze system reports to identify additional sales opportunities.
• Prepare and submit all expense reports, call reports, and complete assigned projects on time.
• Keep management and other sales team members informed of all relevant sales activity.
• Assist with facility maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Support safety compliance initiatives within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Dairy Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in outside sales, particularly within the feed and grain industry, is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A current, valid Wisconsin driver’s license is required.
