Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. The role is physical and fast-paced, operating both indoors and outdoors.

• Serve as the face of Cintas and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while maintaining professionalism and safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Required

• Meet all Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs, including an active driver’s license, a DOT medical certification, minimum age 21, and proof of prior employment.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
