What You'll Do

You'll take ownership of a territory and drive growth by:

  • Meeting face-to-face with farmers and customers (this is NOT a desk job)
  • Prospecting and closing new business
  • Growing existing accounts through strong relationships
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending the right feed solutions
  • Attending trade shows and industry events
  • Tracking activity, opportunities, and performance
  • Partnering with internal teams to deliver great service

What You Bring
  • Experience in outside sales, agriculture, feed, or dairy (preferred)

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Degree in Dairy Science or related field is a plus; but real-world experience matters just as much.
