Service Technician

Plunkett's – Own Your Route – Set Your Schedule – Grow Without Limits

At Plunkett's, our technicians do more than treat pests. They solve problems and help customers feel safe and comfortable. As a Service Technician, you'll manage your own route, provide pest control services, and build strong customer relationships. This route will cover the Amery, WI and surrounding areas.

• $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour + Uncapped Sales Incentives

• Flexible hours with no micromanaging or fixed 9‑to‑5 schedule.

• Provide pest control services for homes and businesses.
• Inspect properties and treat for common pests.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Look for ways to grow your route through sales.
• Use basic equipment and tools, working indoors and outdoors.

• Comfortable talking with customers and selling services.
• Self‑starter who thrives working independently.
• Eager to learn – we train and license you.
• Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions.
• Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.

Bonus points:

Experience in route sales, account management, or customer service.

Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs). Perform tasks such as bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.
