We are looking for an experienced sales professional to sell new and used agricultural and turf equipment to both new and existing customers. This role is not entry‑level and requires relevant sales experience or a background in an agriculture‑related field.
Responsibilities- Represent the company to customers and promote machinery (agricultural, lawn, and garden equipment).
- Track equipment inventory and remain aware of all products available for sale.
- Use company‑provided systems and tools to follow a defined sales process.
- Collaborate with Parts and Service departments to offer customers solutions and build long‑term relationships.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge on features and benefits of all sellable equipment.
- Monitor competitive activity, product offerings, industry trends, and emerging business opportunities.
- Develop lasting relationships with customers to better understand their business activities.
- Assess used equipment markets and values to evaluate trade‑ins accurately.
- Stay informed on financing options to assist customers with purchasing new and used goods.
- Communicate with management regarding competitive activities and customer business information.
- Attend and participate in sales training events, seminars, and classes.
- Deliver sold equipment to customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 1+ years of equipment sales experience or a background in an agriculture‑related field (not entry‑level).
- Valid driver’s license in good standing and a clean driving record that meets company Motor Vehicle Records criteria.
- Knowledge of agricultural or turf equipment and farming or operational practices is preferred.
- Proficient with standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
- Ability to work flexible hours and independently.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.
- Drive and enthusiasm for meeting and engaging with new people.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

In‑season (spring and summer):

Monday‑Friday 7 am‑5 pm. Exact start and end dates each year are subject to change.
