At Don Johnson’s Ladysmith Motors, you won’t be asked to pressure guests or rely on old-school sales tactics. Our non-commissioned sales approach allows you to focus on listening, building trust, and helping people find the right vehicle.

We’ll teach you the vehicles, technology, and sales process. You bring the energy, integrity, and desire to take great care of people.

• Welcome guests and learn what matters most to them
• Help guests choose vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget
• Explain vehicle features in a clear, helpful way
• Coordinate test drives and guide guests through the buying process
• Respond to phone and online inquiries
• Stay connected with guests through timely, thoughtful follow-up
• Use modern technology to manage opportunities and relationships
• Continue learning through daily coaching and paid training

• Warm, confident, and comfortable starting conversations
• Motivated by goals while remaining focused on people
• Dependable, organized, and responsive
• Willing to learn and open to coaching
• Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and digital tools

A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.
