Business Development/Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Business Development/Sales executive to join a large medical practice to market their services to potential referral sources across Wisconsin. This is a full time position, and involves 75% travel throughout the state.

• Bachelor’s Degree or extensive experience in sales or marketing
• 1 – 2 years of experience in mental health industry is preferred
• 3 + years of sales and/or marketing experience
• Reliable transportation for daily travel
• Valid driver’s license and insurance coverage that meets state requirements
• Collaborate with the management team in planning outreach strategies to gain market share of referrals and potential clients
• Plans and executes outreach strategies
• Maintain or exceed census/referral goals set forth by the executive team
• Consistently participates in face to face interactions with referral sources.
• Work to develop new relationships with potential referral sources such as but not limited to: physicians, therapists, universities and competitors in an autonomous manner by drop ins, cold calling, and other means
• Represents the company at various conferences/ trade shows/ events/ etc.
