Schedule
:
This is a full-time position that requires availability to work rotating nights and weekends

As our In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our services. Rather than spending time cold-calling, you'll focus on understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate solutions, answering questions, and building trust through exceptional service and product knowledge. Working closely with a supportive team, you'll guide homeowners through their buying journey, solve challenges as they arise, and help create positive experiences that lead to satisfied customers and rewarding sales success.

• Valid driver's license
• 2+ years of sales experience
• Ability to work in heat conditions, climb ladders, and enter attics when applicable
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
  Ability to work effectively on a team
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Dependable self-starter with strong organizational skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Willingness to learn new ideas, methods, and perspectives

Experience in HVAC, plumbing, roofing, windows, bathrooms, home improvement, or other in-home sales industries is preferred.
