Sales Manager - Ford Experienced

• Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to recruit, train, motivate, and develop a high‑performing sales team.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, gross profit objectives, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Strong closing skills, inventory management experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with the entire dealership team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer relationship skills.
