Sales Representative

Here at Kaat’s Water Conditioning, Inc. dba Culligan, we are continually growing and are in need of a Sales Representative in the Plymouth location. This person is responsible for developing new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers. We are a third generation family-owned company with values based on integrity, safety, teamwork and continuous improvement dedicated to exceeding customer and employee expectations.

Specific Job Duties

• Meet sales goals using both company-provided leads and self-generated leads
• Manage all leads and appointments promptly
• Deliver effective, educational sales presentations
• Achieve or exceed minimum sales performance goals

Specific Job Requirements

• 1+ years sales experience preferred but not required
• Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license and car insurance
• Basic computer knowledge
• Skill and ability to work well with customers
• 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Strong oral and written communication
• Great presentation skills
• Exceptional work ethic
• A driven self-starter
• A high degree of honesty and integrity
• Professional appearance and demeanor
