Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

What You'll Do
  • Provide customer service to clients and guests at a retail or mall location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout interior common areas, storefront corridors, loading areas, and exterior perimeter zones to help deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or access concerns.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical situations, disturbances, and/or fire or alarm activations, and notify site leadership and/or emergency services as required.
  • Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, assist with crowd and queue management during peak shopping periods, and provide directions and general assistance to visitors and tenants.
  • Complete patrol and incident documentation, communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts, and participate in shift briefing and post orders updates as needed.
Minimum Requirements
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
