Location: Sturtevant
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and customer support expectations within a retail location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to post instructions;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefront areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for unauthorized activity, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, and communicate observations to site contacts when appropriate;
Support emergency response activities when needed, including assisting with directions, crowd management, and documentation related to security-related events
