Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with hotel/resort management and emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel/resort grounds, guest areas, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting suspicious conditions, policy violations, and maintenance concerns according to site procedures;
Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation while providing a professional presence at the location
