Join BEST Crowd Management's Guest Services team at UW-Madison events. Welcome and direct guests, scan tickets, monitor access points, and assist with seating and crowd flow. Provide clear, courteous information while enforcing venue policies and supporting a safe, positive environment. Work closely with security and event operations, follow established procedures, respond calmly to incidents, and help with emergency protocols as directed.
