Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing and business location.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, parking areas, entry points, offices, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to support authorized entry and orderly traffic flow.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations and following established reporting procedures.;
Document patrols, incidents, and security-related concerns accurately and promptly, escalating matters to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
