Corrections Oversight Worker

ARAMARK is seeking a Corrections Oversight Worker at Marion Correctional Institution to support safe, efficient food and facility operations within a secure environment. In this role, you'll oversee daily kitchen or sanitation activities, monitor inventory, and help ensure meals and services meet quality, safety, and security standards. You will coordinate with correctional staff, guide inmate workers, and follow strict policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.

You'll contribute to a culture of respect, teamwork, and accountability while supporting Aramark's commitment to ethical service and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food service or sanitation tasks within the correctional facility
• Monitor and support inmate workers, ensuring adherence to safety and security rules
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in kitchens and service areas
• Follow and enforce correctional facility policies, procedures, and regulations
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and basic recordkeeping or documentation
• Coordinate with correctional officers and facility staff on daily operations
• Ensure meals and services meet quality, safety, and dietary standards
• Support training and guidance for new team and inmate workers
• Report safety, security, or equipment issues promptly
• Contribute to a respectful, teamwork-focused environment aligned with Aramark values
