As a Residential Service Plumber at Carter's Plumbing, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional plumbing solutions that prioritize customer well-being and satisfaction. Your expertise, dedication, and customer-focused approach will help us provide outstanding residential plumbing services.
Residential Service Plumber Success Factors:- Customer Satisfaction: Provide clear explanations, educate customers about their plumbing systems, and offer preventive maintenance tips and energy-saving recommendations. Maintain high customer satisfaction through surveys and feedback, striving to exceed expectations and resolve concerns promptly.
- First-Time Fix Rate: Achieve a top-tier first-time fix rate by diagnosing issues accurately, arriving fully prepared, and completing repairs during the initial visit.
- Response Time: Respond promptly to service requests within Carter’s specified time frames to ensure customer comfort and trust.
- Service Revenue Generation: Diagnose plumbing issues, recommend solutions, and discuss options with customers. Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets and identify upselling opportunities during service visits.
- Service Agreement Enrollment: Enroll customers in Carter’s service agreements to foster long-term relationships and recurring revenue.
- Productivity and Utilization: Manage work orders efficiently, minimize downtime, and maximize billable hours.
- Technical Excellence: Diagnose emergencies accurately, perform plumbing services, and pursue ongoing training and certifications to stay industry-current.
- Inventory Management: Track vehicle inventory and parts accurately to avoid unnecessary expenses.
- Safety Adherence: Follow all safety protocols to maintain a perfect safety record.
- Documentation Accuracy: Keep detailed records of service calls, work performed, and parts used in Service Titan.

- Attendance and Punctuality: Be punctual and reliable, arriving on time for scheduled appointments.

Salary: $100,000 - $200,000 per year, commission-based pay.
