Field Service Technician

Job Title: Field Service Technician
Location: Slinger, WI

We are looking for a mechanically inclined Field Service Technician to install, service, and maintain fuel pumps, tanks, meters, and industrial lubrication systems at customer sites. If you enjoy hands‑on mechanical work, troubleshooting in the field, working independently, and solving problems on the go, this role is a strong fit. This position supports a wide range of industries including construction, fleet & transportation, agriculture, manufacturing, and municipal operations.

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain lubrication and fuel systems.
• Perform mechanical inspections and diagnostic tests.
• Repair pumps, meters, tanks, and related equipment.
• Complete daily service reports and paperwork accurately.
• Wisconsin day travel required.
• Support other departments and perform additional duties as needed.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational or technical training in welding or a related field is a plus.
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Valid driver’s license required
• Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement preferred.

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on experience.
• Familiarity with lubrication systems and heavy equipment.
• Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat.
• Regularly lift up to 100 pounds.
