Building Crew Member

Location: Seymour

Fox Cities Builders is looking for an experienced Building Crew Member who's ready to work hard, move fast, and take ownership on the jobsite.

We don't just need another body on site - we need someone dependable, skilled, and ready to contribute from day one.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll work alongside a strong, team-first crew constructing commercial and agricultural projects from the ground up. From framing and structural work to setting materials and assisting with equipment, you'll play a key role in bringing our projects to life.

This role is hands-on, physical, and rewarding.

Requirements:

* Valid driver's license

* 2+ years construction experience

* Able to work at heights of 30+ ft

* Able to lift 75+ lbs

* Comfortable working in all weather conditions

* Physically able to climb, lift, kneel, crouch, and work on uneven surfaces

You must also be able to:

* Stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push, pull, and stand while operating or moving equipment

* Climb ladders, stairs, and into equipment as needed

* Walk and work safely on uneven, wet, slippery, or grainy surfaces

* Work outdoors in all weather conditions - heat, cold, rain, or snow
