Van Ert is looking for skilled Foremen to join our team to provide supervision and coordination or workers in the field on various construction projects.
Responsibilities:
* Execute work plans assigned
* Monitor daily labor costs and production rates to stay within budget
* Manage crew to stay on task; train new employees
* Conduct safety meetings and inspections. Ensure all safety policies are followed
Requirements:
* Journeyman Trade Certification
* Prior experience leading safe projects and on budget
* Organized with great attention to detail
* Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code and local codes
