• Install HVAC systems in new construction residential homes according to plans and specifications
• Coordinate with builders, site supervisors, and other trades to ensure smooth job progression
• Layout and install ductwork, refrigerant lines, gas piping, and ventilation systems
• Set equipment, make final connections, and ensure proper system startup and performance
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and job layouts
• Ensure all work meets code requirements, manufacturer standards, and company quality expectations
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow all safety procedures
• Complete installation documentation and communicate progress with the project team
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Participate in paid training and ongoing development programs
