- Install HVAC systems in new construction residential homes according to plans and specifications
- Coordinate with builders, site supervisors, and other trades to ensure smooth job progression
- Layout and install ductwork, refrigerant lines, gas piping, and ventilation systems
- Set equipment, make final connections, and ensure proper system startup and performance
- Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and job layouts
- Ensure all work meets code requirements, manufacturer standards, and company quality expectations
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow all safety procedures
- Complete installation documentation and communicate progress with the project team
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Participate in paid training and ongoing development programs
