Teledata Lineman - Michels Underground Cable, Inc.

A Teledata Lineman is responsible for the installation and maintenance of telecommunications lines and cable suspended between poles. The position requires maintaining safe practices in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing low voltage telecommunication systems such as fiber‑optic or coaxial cable and associated equipment on poles.

• 1‑3 years of related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of navigating, running, and operating various pieces of heavy equipment.
• Demonstrated reliability, knowledge, and accountability.
• Willingness to work under a union collective bargaining agreement.
• A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record.
