Commercial Painter - Join Team Omni Omni Glass & Paint is hiring full-time Commercial Painters to join our growing team. We've been a trusted name in the industry since 1967, completing high-quality work on thousands of projects across Wisconsin - from hospitals and schools to offices, homes, and beyond. Monday through Friday, first shift, with flexible start times as early as 6 am. Pay ranges from $20 to $35 per hour, depending on experience. We offer an excellent benefits package, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team environment.

• Apply paint, stain or lacquer to interior and exterior surfaces to enhance and protect buildings and fixtures.
• Prep surfaces by sanding or removing old finishes, patching holes or cracks, mixing and matching paint.
• Apply coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment, and set up ladders or scaffolding for work at heights.
• Apply specialty finishes and wall coverings and work with wallpaper and vinyl wall coverings if experienced.
• Follow safety protocols and wear proper personal protective equipment.
• Travel to job sites throughout Wisconsin; occasional overnight stays may be required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable reading instructions and basic blueprints, performing simple math and solving on-the-job challenges.
• Experience in commercial or residential painting (1-3 years) preferred but not required.
• Ability to work at heights and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or nights when needed.
