The Opportunity You will learn the craft of deck building and roof framing from experienced professionals in a hands-on environment. This role allows you to gain practical skills while contributing to projects that enhance community living. You will serve as a vital part of a team-first culture dedicated to high-quality craftsmanship.

• Construct covered porches, screen rooms, and custom decks alongside master carpenters.
• Execute daily tasks using specialized tools and materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintain organized and professional job sites to ensure project efficiency and safety.
• Develop advanced knowledge of construction techniques and outdoor living design.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality results that exceed client expectations.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic by taking direction and mastering new skills daily.

• Ability to lift and move heavy construction materials consistently.
• Basic familiarity with manual and power tools used in carpentry.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude toward learning a trade.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.

• Prior exposure to residential construction or carpentry environments.
• Demonstrated interest in pursuing a long-term career in the building trades.
• Basic understanding of construction safety standards and site maintenance.
