Plant Services Carpenter

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general construction tasks, including: framing, drywall hanging and finishing, woodworking and wood finishing, dropped ceiling installation, commercial flooring, painting and wallpaper installation.
• Assist in completing repairs and maintenance across facility systems: basic plumbing, HVAC support, other building systems as needed.
• Assist with branding updates and specialized projects.
• Follow safety and infection‑control procedures, especially in patient areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction or building maintenance.
• Skilled in drywall, commercial flooring, painting, and general repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends or after‑hours when needed.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
