Maintenance Tech Level 3 – up to $37/Hour + $1,500 SIGN-ON BONUS!

Join our team as a Maintenance Tech Level 3, where you'll use your mechanical and electrical expertise to keep our equipment running smoothly.
What You'll Get:Pay: up to $37/hour (based on experience)
$1.00/hour premium for hours worked between 6 pm - 6 am
$2.00/hour premium for hours worked Sat and/or Sun
$1,500 Sign-On Bonus

As a Maintenance Tech, you'll play a vital role in keeping our production equipment, buildings, and facilities running efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on PLC-controlled systems. Diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment. Conducting preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime. Fabricating and machining parts to improve equipment performance. Assisting with installation and modification of new and existing equipment. Using precision measurement and diagnostic tools for troubleshooting. Following all safety protocols, including Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO).
What We're Looking For:5+ years of industrial maintenance experience OR a relevant degree/certification Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills High School Diploma or GED required Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
What is a 2-2-3 Schedule?Work 12-hour shifts on a rotating pattern:
Week 1:
Work Mon-Tue, off Wed-Thu, work Fri-Sun
Week 2:
Off Mon-Tue, work Wed-Thu, off Fri-Sun
