What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Diagnose and support PLCs, VFDs, and servo controls
• Perform welding (arc, MIG, TIG), machining, and pipe fitting
• Maintain facility equipment and assist with building upkeep
• Prioritize work orders and communicate across shifts
• Support preventive maintenance and read technical manuals
• Operate hand/power tools and maintain a clean, safe workspace

What You Bring:

• Associate's degree or 2–3 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Journeyman Mechanic certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Welding and machining experience required
• Ability to read measurements, perform advanced math, and work independently
• Must have own tools
