Daybreak Foods - - Responsibilities:
Inspect, operate and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions;
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, including motors, bearings, belts, fluid levels and filters;
Fabrication and welding as needed for plant repairs and upgrades;
Operate and maintain boiler and ammonia/glycol refrigeration systems;
Complete and document work orders, and notify supervisors when maintenance or repairs are undertaken
