As a family‑owned business with over 67 years of history, Elliott Ace Hardware is seeking a motivated and talented Retail Power Equipment Service Technician/Mechanic. This position requires a strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and an interest in learning all aspects of Stihl, Toro, Ego, and Ariens power equipment. We offer extensive training, ensuring you have all the tools to succeed!

• Work in our Service Department as part of a team that manages all aspects of the power equipment repair process, including helping to organize and prioritize incoming equipment repairs, parts ordering and filing the warranty claims.
• Assist in the sales of power equipment including Stihl, Toro, Ego and Ariens items.
• Assist customers in solving power equipment problems, loading & unloading products brought in for service.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

• Be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours).
• Ability to lift 10 to 20 lbs. frequently and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
