Earn $28–$35/hour installing quality HVAC systems with a company that values your experience.Carter's Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team. If you're a skilled installer who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys working with homeowners, and has Service Titan experience
, we'd love to talk with you.
- Install residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, and thermostats
- Complete equipment replacements and new installations
- Test and start up systems to ensure proper operation
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Complete job documentation in Service Titan
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Service Titan experience is required
- EPA Certification
- Experience installing furnaces, A/C systems, heat pumps, air handlers, and mini-splits
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- $28–$35/hour based on experience
- Full-time, year-round work
