Operate, maintain, and repair industrial refrigeration, boiler, and related utility systems within a manufacturing plant environment;
Perform operation, installation, overhaul, and preventive maintenance on refrigeration, boiler, and related plant systems;
Analyze equipment performance, identify defects, and initiate corrective actions to prevent major breakdowns;
Train and mentor refrigeration mechanics on proper care, maintenance, and operation of plant systems;
Safely operate power tools and shop equipment and ensure compliance with safety policies
