Position Details
Location: Clintonville, WI
Pay: $30.75 – $43.05/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
Role Overview
As a Level 3 Maintenance Technician, you’ll handle advanced troubleshooting, lead projects, and perform complex electrical and mechanical upgrades to equipment across the facility. You’ll work independently, mentor junior techs, and drive improvements on a wide range of systems including PLCs, HMIs, and motion control networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, adjust, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment upgrades
- Lead projects from initiation to completion
- Execute product changeovers and machine setups
- Assist with maintenance tracking systems and documentation
- Train and support lower-level technicians
- Ensure safety and food‑grade compliance at all times
Requirements
- Score of 69+ on the Ramsey Maintenance Test or 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Must complete 3 continuing education credits per year
- Strong electrical troubleshooting, machining, and fabrication skills
- Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
- Proficiency in using shop tools, diagnostic equipment, and measuring devices
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize work, and adapt to changing demands
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- State of Wisconsin Master Electrician License
- 3–5 years’ experience with PLCs, HMIs, VSDs, and Servo Motion
- Associate’s degree in Electro‑Mechanical, Robotics, or a related field
- Familiarity with Profibus, Ethernet/IP, and other industrial networks
