Maintenance Technician

Position Overview

Maintenance Technician (Night Shift) – Chaseburg, WI. Pay Rate: $26.34 - $31.93 per hour, plus shift premiums and an annual bonus opportunity.

Shift: Night Shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Schedule:

Wednesday and Thursday, plus every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

• Troubleshoot and repair production, packaging, and robotic equipment.
• Maintain PLC‑controlled systems, motors, conveyors, pumps, VFDs, instrumentation, and industrial controls.
• Support high‑speed dairy processing equipment, including pasteurization and sanitary processing systems.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Maintain ammonia refrigeration, compressed air, steam, HVAC, water treatment, and facility utility systems.
• Support wastewater pretreatment operations and environmental compliance initiatives.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, OEM manuals, and technical documentation.
• Utilize CMMS software to document maintenance activities and equipment history.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to maximize uptime while maintaining food safety and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on maintenance professional with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, experience in industrial manufacturing, and the ability to work safely in a fast‑paced production environment. Comfort with automation systems, food‑grade equipment, and continuous improvement is highly valued.

High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience required.
• Experience working with PLCs, automation systems, VFDs, sensors, and industrial controls required.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, pumps, conveyors, and process equipment required.
• Experience with in food, beverage, dairy, or sanitary processing environments is highly preferred.
