  • Provide phone support to customers when not on-site, helping diagnose issues and guide them through corrective actions.
  • Follow standard procedures and practices required in clean manufacturing environments, including facilities that operate under GMP standards.

Work

Environment

You train on-site in a manufacturing facility with a typical schedule of 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. During training, you work in a clean manufacturing shop that follows standards and procedures similar to those used in food manufacturing, and most customer facilities operate under GMP requirements. The noise level ranges from moderate to high, and you are regularly exposed to dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, and occasional unpleasant odors, while overall maintaining a clean work environment.

Steel-toed shoes are required, and jeans with a plain t-shirt or polo shirt are appropriate attire. Travel will make up 75% or more of your time, with structured guidelines: for trips under 3 hours you may be reimbursed for travel or rent a car, for trips of 3–6 hours you rent a car, for trips over 6 hours you fly, and for trips over 10 hours with a non-stop flight you travel in business…
