QPS Employment - - Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, bills of materials (BOMs), and work instructions to accurately assemble and weld flexible exhaust components.;
Perform TIG welding on carbon steel and stainless-steel tubing, pipe, corrugated tubing, and braided hose assemblies.;
Complete high-quality butt joint welds, root and cover passes, full-penetration welds, airtight and watertight welds, and purge welds.;
Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.;
Operate pneumatic tools, hand tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively.
