Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate will perform preventive maintenance and ensure smooth operation of machinery, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance on pumps, motors, pneumatic systems, and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
- Perform maintenance tasks including welding, metal fabrication, plumbing, and carpentry as needed.
- Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately.
- Support contractors and coordinate repairs as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; apprenticeship or associate degree preferred.
- Two or more years of manufacturing maintenance experience required.
- Experience with preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems preferred.
- Strong safety mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment offers two shifts: 1st shift runs Monday to Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with overtime opportunities on Fridays, and 2nd shift operates Monday to Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., also with overtime opportunities on Fridays. You'll work around Propane/Butane for aerosol products, ensuring a challenging and rewarding experience.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Butler, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70720.00 - $87360.00/yr. Offers a comprehensive benefit package including, but not limited to:

This is a fully onsite position in Butler, WI.
