Charter Aarrowcast is seeking an Industrial Electrician to support our modern iron foundry in Shawano, WI. In this role, you will install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems, motors, and controls on high-volume melting, molding, and machining equipment. You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance, interpret electrical schematics, and work with PLCs, VFDs, and safety circuits. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve reliability, uptime, and safety while supporting a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
