Charter Aarrowcast is seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician to support our Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team in a high-volume iron casting facility. In this on-site role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and optimize electromechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment to maximize uptime, product quality, and safety. Responsibilities include preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment installation, calibration, and root-cause analysis. You'll collaborate with engineers and operators in a team-focused, continuous-improvement culture that values innovation and reliability.
