Charter Aarrowcast is seeking an Industrial Electrician to support our high-volume iron foundry in Shawano, WI. In this role, you will install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, motors, and controls on melting, molding, and machining equipment. You'll perform preventative and predictive maintenance, diagnose PLC and drive issues, and ensure safe, reliable operation of production lines. Working in a safety-focused, team-based environment, you'll help improve equipment uptime, support capital upgrades, and grow your technical skills with training and advancement opportunities.
