Perform installation, overhaul, and preventative maintenance on plant equipment to ensure efficient operation;
Analyze equipment performance, identify defects, and initiate repairs before major breakdowns occur;
Maintain accurate documentation in CMMS (MP2) and complete maintenance work orders;
Train and mentor operators and mechanics on proper equipment care and maintenance practices;
Collaborate with operators to drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance production efficiency
