Lutheran Social Services (LSS) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to cover four 10-hour days weekly at an apartment complex in Waukesha and a residential program in Oconomowoc. You’ll perform repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure safe, functional spaces for residents and staff.
The role requires knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry, along with the ability to read blueprints and follow safety procedures.
