Lutheran Social Services (LSS) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support an apartment complex in Waukesha and a residential treatment program in Oconomowoc. This full-time role features a 4x10-hour schedule and a compensation of $24–$26 per hour.
You will perform skilled and semi-skilled repairs, handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and safety inspections, while collaborating with staff, vendors, and contractors. Valid driver's license and travel between sites are required.
