JBS Foods - - Responsibilities:
Install and perform maintenance PMs and repairs for incubation, vaccination, process, and HVAC systems as well as all automated process control systems at the Hatchery;
Monitor, maintain, PM’s and repair all automated and electrical controls throughout shift for proper operation; diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment;
Maintain SAP records and other equipment documentation;
Fabricate steel components; repair, modify, and construct equipment and structures as needed; initiate work orders;
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot electrical circuits; use multimeters and diagnostic tools; ensure safe operation of equipment
