Uni Fide CST is looking for a Field Service Technician to install, inspect, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair retail, industrial, and heavy-capacity weighing equipment throughout the Madison area. Whether your background is in maintenance, automotive repair, equipment service, manufacturing, electrical troubleshooting, or military service, we'd love to talk with you.

As a Field Service Technician, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, providing hands-on mobile support and expertise to businesses in the Madison and surrounding area. From diagnosing and resolving technical issues to installation and calibration, conducting preventive maintenance, and building lasting customer relationships, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our continued success.

• Install and service retail, industrial, and heavy-capacity scales and weighing systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and calibrations
• Inspect and test equipment to ensure accuracy
• Complete service documentation and customer reports
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and calibration weights
• Travel to customer locations throughout the region
• Deliver excellent customer service while representing Uni Fide CST

What We're Looking For:

• Field Service Technician

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and PC software)
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift, move, and work with equipment safely
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and complete required certifications

• Experience with industrial equipment
• Forklift experience
• CDL Class B (or willingness to obtain)

• Starting Pay: $25-$27/hr
